Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order or join the VIP Club.
Products and pricing
We try to describe products and prices accurately. Prices, products and availability can change without notice. If we list a product at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
VIP Club
The VIP Club is an optional paid monthly membership. Joining is never automatic. Pricing, billing, benefits and cancellation are described in the VIP Membership Terms, which are part of these Terms.
Orders
We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons such as product availability, pricing errors or suspected fraud. If we cancel after you've paid, you'll receive a full refund.
Payments
Payments are processed securely at checkout by Shopify and its payment partners. We don't store your full card details.
Discount codes and referrals
Discount codes and referral rewards can't be exchanged for cash, can't be combined unless stated, and may be cancelled if misused.
Intellectual property
Content on this site, including text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to Field Goods or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Field Goods isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa and the United States.

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
