Cancel online (fastest)

1. Click Go to my subscriptions below and sign in with the email you used to join. We'll email you a one-time code.
2. Open your Field Goods VIP Club subscription.
3. Click Cancel subscription and confirm.
4. You'll get a cancellation confirmation email right away. Keep it for your records.

Or cancel by email

Email support@fieldgoods.us with the subject Cancel my VIP membership from the email address on your account. We'll cancel it and confirm by email within 1 business day. Your cancellation counts from the time we receive your email, even if we confirm later.

What happens after you cancel

• No more charges. Your membership will not renew.
• You keep your benefits until the end of the month you already paid for.
• Your orders are not affected. Anything you already bought still ships as normal.
• Your account stays open. You can still shop at regular prices or rejoin anytime.

Charged after you cancelled, or charged by mistake?

Email support@fieldgoods.us. If you were charged after cancelling, we refund it in full. If you didn't use any member benefits during a billing month, ask within 14 days and we'll refund that month too.
