At GripWarm, your satisfaction matters. If you're not fully happy with your GripWarm Touchscreen Thermal Gloves, we're here to help.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

How to Start a Return

Email support@gripwarm.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange as quickly as possible, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Situations

Items damaged through misuse, or returns requested after 30 days, may not be eligible for a refund. Contact us and we'll do our best to find a fair solution.
