Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive in 7–12 business days within the United States. Delivery estimates aren't guaranteed and can be affected by carrier delays and peak seasons such as the holidays.
Shipping costs
- VIP Club members: free standard shipping on every order, no minimum.
- Non-members: shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay.
Multiple packages
Orders with more than one item may ship in separate packages from different warehouses. Each package gets its own tracking number.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
Lost or late packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, or tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, email support@fieldgoods.us and we'll track it down, reship it or refund you.
Address errors
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we'll fix it if the order hasn't shipped yet.
